• Chat messages are stored until you or the other party deletes the conversation
• Listing data is retained until you delete the listing or your account
• Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days

Sarupola is intended for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Sarupola is primarily designed for users in Sri Lanka. If you access our service from outside Sri Lanka, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in Sri Lanka.
